Class Description: Gentle Yoga on the Mat
This beginner-friendly yoga class is designed for those who are new to fitness, returning after a break, or simply seeking a gentle, supportive way to move their body. All poses are done on the mat—no standing work—making this class accessible and low-impact. We’ll focus on deep breathing, gentle stretching, and slow, mindful movements to improve flexibility, ease tension, and support overall wellness. Come as you are and leave feeling relaxed, refreshed, and reconnected.
Again, this practice consist of starting, staying, and ending on the mat- you will not have to get up and down. If you have trouble getting up, I have props to assist helping you up, sometimes we all need a little extra help & it is okay!!!
