These sessions are customized to meet your unique needs using a holistic blend of modalities, including yoga, Pilates, EFT tapping, sound bath, somatic practices, halotherapy, infrared red light therapy, Thai Hand Reflexology, guided meditation, breathwork, and mindfulness.

This experience is designed for clients who value personalized care and are ideal for stress relief, emotional balance, and embodied transformation. Whether you’re navigating burnout, deepening your self-care, or seeking a grounded reset, Inner Luxe offers you a private sanctuary for healing and renewal.

Treat yourself, family, or friends to a private event by reserving us for the mobile unit. The halotherapy room (mobile salt cave) will seat 3 in our zero recliner chairs or up to 6 standard chairs.
