"I loved Robin's Yoga Nidra and sound healing sessions. Her healing and nurturing energy in combination with her knowledge is a gift. I always leave a session feeling I got exactly what I needed. "
-M. ANN COHN, YOGA PRACTITIONER
"Love this class. Robin has a unique experience with the positive energy in moves and sound healing! My heart felt thank you to her. Literally felt energetic chi energy throughout body especially arms and chest which were her target meridians..,"
-YOGA PRACTITIONER

My name is Robin Barnes Burdick, I am a 500-hour Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) and 95-hour Registered Children's Yoga Teacher (RCYT) with Yoga Alliance. In 2017, I received my 200-hour yoga teacher training at Yogi Hari's Ashram in Florida. Since then I've completed my advanced 300-hour yoga training through My Vinyasa Practice in 2022. I've achieved many additional certifications since- see the above tab titled Certifications.
Before deciding to pivot and focus only on yoga, Pilates, and wellness, I worked in the human service field for 20+ years. I have a BA with a concentration in psychology and an MS in Management.
I really love working with all age levels because we can continue to learn and grow from each other not matter how old or experienced we are. As a member of Yoga Alliance, the leader setting the standards for yoga teachers, you can rest assured I'm trained for each style of yoga I offer. So, if you're in need of an instructor for children's yoga, yoga, or adaptive chair yoga, please call, text, or email and let's talk about your unique needs.
As a life long learner I find joy in learning and sharing that knowledge with stressed professionals and caretakers, the wellness explorer, the healing seeker, and the corporate connector.
We offer the convenience of having many services available from qualified individuals at the studio and with our mobile services. As a small owner run business we want to connect with you, share our knowledge and offer service packages at multiple price points from good$$, best$$$, to luxury$$$$.
We offer many mini-sessions for the hurried professional and busy caretaker not only for our dry salt sessions (at a higher intensity of salt output) but for other services. I recall being the professional worker and busy mom and trying to fit in stress reduction, physical movement, and needed self-care.
We offer additional services you can stack to achieve more results with the same amount of time- red light therapy, meditation or EFT "Tapping", Charka balancing on the 7-gem Phymat with sound healing all performed in the salt room.
Our other services include many styles of Yoga & Children's Yoga, Somatic Healing, Sound Baths (adults & children), Yoga Nidra, Cocoa Ceremony, and Coaching.
We offer the option to customize the experience to your needs.
